Acurius, Captain of The Sons of Ecliptus 1st company, original character commission.
Captain Acurius has served for hundreds of years in the Sons of Ecliptus, many of those years spent in the First Company as an honored veteran. Acurius was anointed Captain of the First Company after the horrific death of the previous title bearer. A death dealt by malefic warp magic at the hands of a heretical cult. It was also in that very same confrontation Acurius lost his right arm. The servo-skull that can be seen floating above a captain is a long honored chapter tradition, which made from the skull of the Captain’s predecessor. A silent reminder, instilling the chapter's motto "Fear Not The Pain of Mortality" to all those who bear witness to it.
